Here's one from the Top Ten at Noon on 105.7 KOKZ. Looking for a song.

Rolling Stones + Linda Ronstadt = [song]

Should be an easy start to the weekend.

I Googled-cheated Rondstat's songs as I'm more familiar with the Stones.
I did not know she did this cover. Learn something every day

I like her version better, but I'm not a huge Stones fan. She sure did a lot of covers.

    Correct.

    Easy one (for me).

    "Tumbling Dice".
Love, love , love Linda Ronstadt! Everyone should put a Linda Ronstadt greatest hits in their collection. Beautiful voice and she can rock! She often did covers, but her versions often out shined the original. I agree with you, Deckerp. I like her rendition better than The Stones.

I selected your problem, right clicked, and chose 'search yahoo'. The answer surprised me. I like the Elvis version better, but they do a decent job.

I just listened to something that resembles this maybe.....

Joe Walsh -- Life's Been Good

Not sure that's an "Outlaw brag" though.

These songs all have something in common. Name the songs and what they have in common.

    Beatles
    Neil Diamond
    The Osmonds
    Fats Domino
    Marvin Gaye
    Harry Belafonte

    I may have 4 out of 5...
    Beatles - Strawberry Fields Forever
    Neil Diamond - Cherry, Cherry
The Osmonds - One Bad Apple
    Fats Domino - Blueberry Hill
Marvin Gaye - I Heard It Through The Grapevine
    Harry Belafonte - ?

    The common theme is fruit?

@let_me_clip_dirty_wings - you got 4 of them and the theme. I'm tempted to give it to you since you did all the hard work.
The 5th one is a stretch (the fruit is sometimes not in the title).
Here's a hint to the song - It was in Beetlejuice...

I guess it's my turn, so here it goes...
3-way Mash-up (see spoiler for definition). I'll provide the 3 artists (in order) and you have to provide the 3 connecting songs. Buena suerte y no apuesten, por favor!
    Definition:
    Mashup: MA` sh * up: (n)
The would-be song if two artists mashed their titles together
    Example:
Artist: George Gerswin and the Elvis =
Song: I can't give you anything but LOVE Me tender

    1. Whitney Houston
    2. Led Zeppelin
    3. George Strait

I'll take a shot in the dark on the first two:
    Greatest Love of All
    All of My Love

    Love Without End, Amen

There were too many Houston songs for me to even think about what it might be. This George Strait song is one that seemed more obvious, but couldn't work backwards to get the others.

    I yield to Susie.
