4-way mash-up (see spoiler for definition). I'll provide the 4 artists (in order) and you have to provide the 4 connecting songs.
    Definition:
    Mashup: MA` sh * up: (n)
The would-be song if two artists mashed their titles together
    Example:
Artist: George Gerswin and Elvis =
Song: I can't give you anything but LOVE Me tender

    1. Hank Williams
    2. Janis Joplin
    3. The Shirelles
    4. The Who

    4. The Who

    Here’s a clue for song #3:
The Beatles also had a hit with the same song.
    Hope this helps!

    1. Yes
    2. Yes
    3. Yes
    4. Technically, yes (I guess because I’ve never heard that song before) but the one I was looking for was “You Better You Bet”

    You're up, @DifferentView!

You Better You Bet is probably my favorite Who song.

If I had to choose it'd be a tie between, Eminence Front (such a powerful intro) and Pinball Wizard

Maybe even better than any Who songs, I like Let My Love Open The Door.

Probably not what you were looking for, but with some research this works.

    1. Beatles - Come And Get It
    2. Alan Jackson - It's Five O'Clock Somewhere
    3. Lobo - Where Were You When I Was Falling In Love

I really thought it would be easiest to work backward from Lobo, since he has lots fewer songs. For him I first think of Me And You And A Dog Named Boo, but I couldn't make that work.

Really good try. Lobo was Me And You And A Dog Named Boo. The Alan Jackson song is a christian song.

    How about this?

    1. Beatles -- Can't Buy Me Love
    2. Alan Jackson -- Love Lifted Me
    3. Lobo -- Me And You And A Dog Named Boo

I think of this as more of an album track even though it looks like it was released as a single.

Kansas + patriotic song = [song]

I'll give you a hint. Mr. Jackson in this case is Michael. Mr. King is a very famous historical person whose last name is King. You get it.
