@deckerp & @Watching_The_Wheels , once again: so close, were it a snake it'd have bit ya!
Collated answers thus far:
1. Secret Seraphim, ? ?
2. That that shall happen will happen, Que sera, sera, Doris Day
3. Tazan Jane, Jungle Love, Morris Day
4. What do the artists have in common: named Day
So, the only other “Day” I can think of is Green Day but I can’t come up up with a song that fits the clues...0 -

Correct!

So the win goes to @deckerp (with @Watching_The_Wheels getting the assist)

This artist had some hits about the same time as Alan O'Day and Undercover Angel.
I didn't know the definition I used with sooth below, so you may need to do some digging. I had a bit of a time coming up with a clue for the artist.
Lion of the Zodiac + (a person who predicts the future - sooth) / Quantity of Affection = [artist/song]0 -
I’m pretty confident the artist is Leo Sayer but not as confident that the song is More Than I Can Say (1 of only 2 songs I know from him)...0
-
Leo Sayer is the correct artist. He had quite a few hits, some not as big as others.
The song title is a question about the quantity of affection. "Da da da, for heaven's sake..." where "da da da" is the title.0 -
Leo Sayer / (a person who predicts the future - "sooth") = [artist/song]
Da da da, does it take
Da da da, for heaven sake0 -

I'm having problems putting any songs together on this one. Of the bands listed I think Bananarama had the fewest hits, so I figured maybe that'd be the best place to start.
1. Crosby, Stills, and Nash
2. Bad Company
3. Bananarama - Cruel Summer or Venus?
4. The Mothers of Invention0 -
3.Bananarama-Boy Trouble, Sorry, that WAS hard.0
-
1. Crosby, Stills, and Nash - ? found an album named Dirty Linen
2. Bad Company - Dirty Boy
3. Bananarama - Boy Trouble
4. The Mothers of Invention - Trouble Comin' Everyday0 -
3 & 4 are right. # 2 is a 3 word title from 1982. #1 is well known from CSN- 2 word title.0
-
1. Crosby, Stills, and Nash - Southern Cross (my favorite from them)
2. Bad Company - Cross Country Boy (not familiar with this one)
3. Bananarama - Boy Trouble
4. The Mothers of Invention - Trouble Comin' Everyday0 -
