Only one song comes to mind for Boy Meets Girl. Maybe that'll get the ball rolling.

    1. Boy Meets Girl -- Waiting For A Star To Fall
    2. Bad Company -- superstar woman
    3. Bob Dylan -- shooting star

    “Thematic Equation Cubed”
    I provide: 3 artists and/or groups
You provide: The song for each artist/group that are connected by a theme.

    1. Guns N Roses
    2. Green Day
    3. Simon & Garfunkel

    1.???
    2.Troubled Times
    3.Bridge Over Troubled Waters

These are not correct. Here’s a general clue for the theme of all 3 songs:
“These are only 3 song examples - Exactly 9 more songs would be needed to make this equation complete”

Ok, time for a clue. This clue is for song #1:

“Unwanted Thanksgiving or Election Day weather”...

    1. Guns N Roses -- November Rain
    2. Green Day -- Wake Me Up When September Ends?
    3. Simon & Garfunkel -- A Hazy Shade Of Winter?

Songs 1 and 2 are correct. Although the theme is close, it’s not correct. I’ll let it simmer a little more before I give the answer...

Song #3 is “April Come She Will” and the theme was “months”

    @deckerp - you got 2 out of 3 so you’re up!

Song - originally written for a movie released in 1955. 3 different singers hit the top 10 for this song in 1955. It was again in the top 10 in 1995. It has been a hit in many, many countries, also making the top 10 in U.K. in 1955. It has been nominated for an Emmy, and a Grammy, and is still one of my favorites of all time.

I can’t edit. It was nominated for an Oscar, not an Emmy. It was actually nominated for and won many awards, including songwriters hall of fame. It was recorded by many, including Elvis.

That's the song I was looking for.

Isn't it amazing when you discover something like other versions of a favorite song.

Give us a new one @corinasue1143
