2. Pixies -- Here Comes Your Man
3. Johnny Cash -- Man In Black
4. Soundarden -- Black Hole Sun

Completely done with research. None of them are on my playlist, although of course I know some of Johnny Cash's songs and a smattering of the others. I don't think I've ever heard of Pixies. I guess I'm somewhat sheltered.1 -

I saw a notable death this last week, Mike Mitchell. Movies leading to a band/song.
The Secret Service + The Golden Circle / Comedian Anderson = [band/song]0 -
Oops. Slight correction.
I saw a notable death this last week, Mike Mitchell. Movies leading to a band/song.
Band:The Secret Service + Band:The Golden Circle / Comedian Anderson * 2 = [band/song]0 -
Well,I know the song but otherwise I am clueless.
Song-Louie Louie0 -
That is the correct song. The clues to the band are like Star Wars: A New Hope and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi. They were all Star Wars. Both The Secret Service and The Golden Circle were movies in this series. The name isn't quite right, but since there are two of them you could say man + man = men.
Pretty sure this band did the definitive version.
Maybe that will help someone?0 -
