Oh look, the rules are being violated again. Isn't it your turn?

You called me out on this, it's only fair.

This performer has a concert near me in July.

Fishing tool + "Harvey" actor + very warm lower appendages = [singer/song]

Not to disturb the flow of the thread, but is it always band first, song second?
Some do band/song others do song/band. Most let us know at the time of the clue, but not always.

Actually I bowed out and asked Susie to go ahead based on her more recent correct answer. We Canadians are so very polite.

The song seems like "Dancing In The Streets". I'm having trouble landing on a group. My Saturday night activity was cruising. That might be Eddie and the Cruisers, but they didn't do that song as far as I know. Maybe that'll ring a bell for someone else.

Slight cheat. Had the band right away, but had a hard time digging up the title.

Personally, prefer the Hot Chocolate version. What about y'all?

Strange that you chose this clue, Billy... I remembered that both groups did the song, while listening to a classic station, just the day before yesterday! Another Hot Chocolate is Brother Louie, covered by Stories.
