Glad to hear you regretted the error of your ways and are growing it back.
I have, I saw where I went wrong and I will not make that mistake again. much of my testosterone actually resides in my beard. when I shaved it, I lost 127% of my gainZ and muscle I was nothing but fat skin bones and organs. I can't have that.
