I'm only six months in after two years sitting on the couch, after a major car wreck.... I've got more in me.
Hell ya man you do! Just stay consistent and you'll hit you're goals. I've bounced back from 2 spinal fusions (scoliosis) lost a ridiculous amount of muscle. But once I was cleared, I busted *kitten* to get my life back.4 -
