Nothing wrong with potatoes
And no, I would never sub cauliflower or anything else for potatoes ... can't stand the stuff ... and my taste buds are not in the least bit fooled. I have potatoes at least twice a week. I lost 50 pounds and have been maintaining for over 6 months. My favorite potatoes are cut into chunks, tossed with a little olive oil, rosemary, garlic salt and cracked pepper OR cajun seasoning and roasted to browned perfection.

hmm, maybe a task for this weekend?
I have this all the time, sooo good. Haven't had a bread based pizza in about 5-6 months as this is cheap, quick and easy to make from scratch. Plus if I make extra bases they freeze well.
