Day 2: April 20th. Bit sore muscles from judo yesterday, but managed to do a bit of the boxing and super hula hoop on the Wii fit plus. My sensei said I'd done the best throw he'd ever seen me do! Very happy.0

Day 5 April 23 made dinner for everyone. MFP thinks it's an exercise so I'm going with it!
Day 6 April 24 I will walk home later (40 minutes).0 -
Day 7 April 25th, I walked for 80 minutes total today at a medium pace. First week complete!0

Day 8 April 26 I did 80 minutes walking and 120 minutes judo
Day 9 Just 80 minutes walking (the standard on weekdays).0 -
Yes, I'm still part of this group. It seems that when I have a streak going something comes up. I just finished 10 days, and now I have to start at 0 again. I'm not giving up.0

I've been doing at least 20 minutes of exercise a day (my goal started out at 10 min), but every once in awhile, my body will tell me it just needs to have day off, so I do. I'm glad I started this because it did get me into the groove of exercising and now it's become a daily ritual that my body craves.0
