    I am mourning the end of outdoor swim and gardening season.

    Hiking is nicer now that it's cooler.

    I combine hiking and gardening by maintaining trails.

    Rowing is the one I care most about and focus on, but I also regularly bike, spin, weight train, do a little yoga, and occasionally do miscellaneous other active stuff.

    Yoga and Pilates. In the summer, I'm on my bike as much as possible. And, toss a little swimming, if I'm feeling sluggish (esp in the winter ~ but putting on a swimsuit in the winter is kind of miserable, even inside).

    Krav maga, muay thai, BJJ, boxing. Im a member of an MMA type gym. Roughly 5-7 hours (combined) per week.

    Recently, spinning, yoga (on the ground and aerial) and elliptical. I usually pole dance about 4x a week but I'm nursing a shoulder injury (4 weeks of PT starts next week) that's sidelined me for 2.5 months. I like Zumba as well, but it rarely fits in my schedule. Playing ice hockey is another favorite of mine, but again, scheduling issues.

    Used to be distance running but my knees aren't very happy with that now.
    I was in a softball league this past spring/summer and did a fair amount of kayaking too.
