Outside of weightlifting, basketball, hiking/running on trails, and I'm just getting back into judo after years away from it.

    Triathlon

I'm more of a bodybuilder that does triathlons

I have no desire to be as thin as the best time people are. I like to have thickness and be a little slower.

It is about enjoying the event. Fitness is a lifestyle not a race result for me.

Competitive ballroom dancing and strength/weight training. I compete in 11 dance styles and spend 3-4 hours practicing in the dance studio 6 days week.

Beach volleyball, and indoor volleyball. I recomend practically everyone to do beach volleyball, because it's great excercise and you loose weight quickly if you do it at lease 3 times a week for 3- 4 hours each. (Only if you work your butt off every time!)

Summer is walking outside, swimming, cycling on trails and gardening. Trying to work on running outside.

Winter is walking outside as long as possible, x-country skiing, snowshoeing and using treadmill/elliptical/stationary bike weather dependant.

Powerlifting. The lifts in order by my favorite are: squat, deadlift, then bench press.

Cycling - serious osteo arthritis in knee precludes running - spinning and HIIT circuits in winter.

Running. I do 2 races a year. If they weren't so expensive I'd probably do more.

I just started weight training at the YMCA, but just to maintain muscle.

Zumba, Cize, Insanity, P90X, weights, and chasing after the ice-cream man. I'm a wanna-be power lifter with a very long way to go.
