    Lots of support and inspiration here but motivation comes from within. Think of your "why" and focus on that to get you going.

    Only you can provide motivation to you. No one else can give you motivation; it comes from within. You can, however, be inspired by others' motivation. Look at the success stories in these forums, make a list of the reasons you want to lose/maintain your weight and refer to it when you feel yourself slipping.

    Don't rely on motivation to carry you through to the end of your weight loss goal; it comes and goes. Many here will tell you that rather than needing motivation, you need commitment, dedication and good habits and routines. When motivation wears down, having a routine with good habits, commitment and dedication will often take over and get you through the tough times.
