19 150lbs need advice

Hi, I'm 19 and i weigh 150 lbs , I would love some advice on how to get started on my weight loss journey .

    How tall are you ladies? That makes a big difference...150lbs at 5'9" is perfectly healthy. Shoot, 150lbs at 5'6" is within a healthy range...Unless you're both 4' tall, there can't be too much weight to lose!

    Weight is over rated its about body fat percentage

    I'm 5"3 and 160 lbs but Most of that weight is muscle in my legs.

    That's my goal , to lose body fat and gain muscle . I'm just not sure what kind of exercises I should be doing
