Higher protein in a calorie deficit will help you maintain and even build some muscle if you work out. However in general yes you can eat anything in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
That's way more protein than we need. That would have me eating 182g. I don't think that our body can process that much in a day.
I do agree that she is low, but your number is crazy high.0
