I would love to start this today. Can I join anytime? Eating sweets at night is my problem.

    Streak: 24 … (84 total: 8/2/15)

I don't know that the old monster is dead, but he sure doesn't fight as much or as hard now! The accountability to this group is a big part of it. I'm glad I stumbled into you all a few months ago. Thank you for your encouragement…for just being there!

    Goals for WEEK:
Water: Full gallon at least 5 of 7 days per week. … Loss (1/7) …
Sleep: Seven hours at least 5 of 7 days per week. … Loss (3/7) …
Walk: Walk at least 5 of 7 days per week. … Win (6/7) …
:star: LNS: Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week. … Win (7/7) …

So is there a time of night that is the cutoff? <snip>

Newcomers, I'd encourage you to read the month's first post, by @lamlam2013. Set goals that make sense for your life.

Maybe It's "no eating after 7" or 8 or 9 every night. Maybe you need a little later cutoff on weekends. Maybe you need grace built into your goals, like "Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week." (That's mine.) That permission to "fall of the wagon" helps me, yet I've not used it since setting it.

The bottom line is that our little band of merry recovering LNS-ers is not here to tell you what to do or define success for you. We are here to help you achieve that success, stay accountable to the goals YOU set.

Hope that…er…epistle offers some perspective. I hope it and we help you achieve your goals!

    Respectfully submitted,
    Vance
