    Im still in for October. Im only 8days in from September. Do I keep going or start over for October 1st

    This by the best I've done in a long staying a track because of the challenge! I've a couple times save my protein shake till after dinner! It helps me throughout the night!

    Newcomers, I'd encourage you to read the month's first post, by @lamlam2013. Set goals that make sense for your life.

    Maybe It's "no eating after 7" or 8 or 9 every night. Maybe you need a little later cutoff on weekends. Maybe you need grace built into your goals, like "Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week." (That's mine.) That permission to "fall of the wagon" helps me, yet I've not used it since setting it.

    The bottom line is that our little band of merry recovering LNS-ers is not here to tell you what to do or define success for you. We are here to help you achieve that success, stay accountable to the goals YOU set.

    Hope that…er…epistle offers some perspective. I hope it and we help you achieve your goals!

    Will you be starting a new challenge forNovember? This is exactly what I need I joined mfp on Monday and have had a great 4 days. I am waiting for a full week to pass before i weigh in. Will be excited to join this group. Up to now, late night snacking has been my downfall !

    I don't remember the last time I went 4 days without overeating at night

    Goal no eating after dinner Monday thru Friday and no eating after 9 pm on the weekend.

    Going to brush my teeth right now !!
