Hey all, so I used this app last year and had some success with it for tracking my calories in and out. Like a lot of us life got hectic and entering every food item got to be a bummer and I kept forgetting. I have lost 100 pounds as of today. I started my weight loss in September 2014. It has been a crazy ride at times and I have succeeded and failed during that time. For the past month I have been working out daily and following the Ketogenic diet. I have loved the results so far, but at another plateau so I'm pushing myself extra hard and tweaking my diet again. Thanks for taking the time to read! London
