    It tastes like a mixture of banana cream pie and yogurt. That being said, it's pretty good and I normally don't like banana flavored things.

    I had a kale salad with baked chicken breast, sunflower seeds, craisins and poppyseed dressing. I also had some sweet chili rice crisps which are amazing. I'm having to dial into a more heart healthy diet due to my bad cholesterol being a little too high :neutral:
