setting goals

am 59 kg 164 cm
want to be 54 kg I am sitting at home because of war but i do a little moving at home and what about logging if i do any execises ?? any suggestions for setting goals?? and is it verified to lose? like for real? and what diet should I be following CICO diet or what?

If I were sitting at home in a war zone, I would eat cake.
Put your stats in to MFP and it will give you a calorie goal. Enter your foods. Stay within the calorie goal for the day.
Since it is harder for you to shop for a variety of foods, don't worry about it. Just stay under your calorie goal every day and you will lose weight.0 -

Yes, it's all about CICO, so eat the cake!0

If you are stuck in at home all day why not look on youtube for some home workouts that don't require and equipment. Also staying within your MFP calorie goal will help0
