Hi all.
Whilst I'm open to many ways to lose weight and gain health, after many years of trial and error I have learned that a low carb way of eating is what works for me. I am embarking on a new way of life for the long term after inconsistency and complacency. I have 15kg to lose but I am hoping to hit 10kg lost by December 20 this year.
If you can support a low carb lifestyle please add me!

I'm keeping my carbs under 100g. Keto didnt work for me, because of an unfortunate side effect, which 20 packs of mints a day would not hide
You should check out our low carb group. A wonderful bunch of experienced and helpful folks there.
