I made some *kitten* boxed gumbo. It was basically just flavorless gravy. Gumbo my *kitten*. I wasted a pack of shrimp on that. Blegh. Tossed it, and went and got four tenders, a biscuit, and some tea from Chicken Express. Of course, I ate it with the obligatory Cholula. Sans biscuit, it was about 600 cals. I think yours was healthier, and more filling... ;)

My dinner was 850 calories and ended up being too much food. Rounded up - 250g chicken breast, 60g spinach, 100g tomato, 120g avocado, 200g potato, 14g Country Crock, 15g sour cream, 2 tbsp light dressing.

    What is Cholula?

Chipotle Tabasco is generally better than both.

In the name of science, I'll check that out.

    That's the rational approach.

I have a big bottle of sriracha in the fridge and two backups in the pantry, so I do like the stuff. But, chipotle.

I like them both, it really depends on what I'm eating though. Egg dishes I usually go Cholula.

I have to get my hands on some of this.
