    Um, What the heck are the macros on that meal?

    650 cals is huge for me for a meal, and UI am 6'2", 226 lb....

    Eh..I eat 2 large meals and a couple small snacks in a 5 hour window..honestly I don't look at macros, I passively try to stay away from sugar and pile on the veggies and protein, but it's not a thing I care a ton about.

    650 for a meal is huge for you? How many cals total are you eating? I'm 5'2 122 and if I have less than 800 cals left for dinner I has the sadz...
