Most low carb breads are disappointing or not very low carb. "Muffin in a minute" (Google it) is a sort of substitute but ultimately bread is a carbohydrate concept.

    I'm a keto'er too.

I tend to skip breads and haven't bothered trying to figure out recipes that are low carb enough to bother with. I do bake with coconut flour, flax meal, chia, and hemp, as well as protein powders in an effort to provide lower carb, and higher protein and fat snacks for my boys.

Generally, I would rather use my carbs to eat veggies. I have some autoimmune issues that seem to do better when I avoid grains so I skip most of them.

Try looking up coconut flour or almond flour recipes if you miss baking.

Oopsie "bread" does look like a tasty option, but I've never tried it.

The Keto group or Low Carber Daily might be able to give you more ideas.

Yeah try it and see. Not really bread but something you can use to hold problematic ingredients like a sandwich.

You may find after 2-4 weeks that you no longer crave (or even want) bread. You can find a recipe later, but you may adapt to keto diet or 'way of eating' better by focusing on finding new favorite foods that match your dietary goals rather than substitutes for your 'old' foods.

With that said, you can find lots of recipes for substitute foods by googling 'keto bread' or whatever you are looking for.
