I drink one day every weekend. I drink numerous lite beers. Don't care that is my off day. Will never stop--need that weekly alcohol buzz.0

First, if you don't like it, don't drink it. I don't drink a lot of alcohol because I don't care for beer or wine, and most the time I think it is too expensive (I do enjoy mixed drinks).
Secondly, if you know it is water weight, then who cares? You should be caring about lowering body fat content, not weight. Weight loss is just an easy approximation of fat loss, but if you know your water weight went up, then enjoy the huge drop that will happen a few days later.0
