MyFitnessPal Friends - On a 450 day streak haha

Anyone who is on a journey on "becoming the strongest version of themselves" - Elliott Hulse; feel free to add me.

I've been logging my food for ages now..on a 450 day streak. Hahahah, there have been days where I don't track cause of cheat meals, but I track what I can measure. Most days are all day food tracking.

I've started at 86kg back in 2013
From 2014 March I started losing weight.
At November 2014 I've lost 19kg (40lb).

Started leaning bulking at Feb 2015.
Currently weighing at 73kg (160lb)

I'm a major gym junkie haha.
