    Yes, I don't mind logging everything. This is the only method that has worked to help me safely lose weight. My health is important enough.

    I lost about 50lbs in 2011-2012. I've kept it off within 5lbs. I log when I need to, when things go off the rails, when I need a bit more accountabilty, when I see the scale going up and up. The last time I seriously logged food was April 2015. I started again today to get 4-5lbs back off before the holidays. So, MFP I feel will always be in the back of my head, a place to come when things get a bit crazy.
