I lost about 50lbs in 2011-2012. I've kept it off within 5lbs. I log when I need to, when things go off the rails, when I need a bit more accountabilty, when I see the scale going up and up. The last time I seriously logged food was April 2015. I started again today to get 4-5lbs back off before the holidays. So, MFP I feel will always be in the back of my head, a place to come when things get a bit crazy.0

Probably since that's the only way I seem to lose/keep off weight.0
