Boob Problems

Same problem here! I had to get a sports bra that was super tight or else my boobs would come up and smack me in the chin whenever I jumped lol
Phone in the bra, case side to the skin is the only way I used to go until I got a pair of wireless headphones that connect to my phone's bluetooth so I can leave my phone next to me or in a cup holder if I'm on a machine0 -

Boobs are their favorite thing to talk about. I mean ladies we own them no matter what. I mean big, small, could possibly punch you and someone else in the face kind of size boobs. I mean being a DD myself we all know the frustration of how inadequate a lot of these places are when making good quality sports bras for 90% of us ladies.0

I hate mine they are always in the way. I can't ever find a sports bra large enough 38G. I always put my phone in my bra!0

Well you mentioned boobs, a target for most guys lol0 -
mine bounce when I run. No shame, I go bra-less. I'm also the type of guy that runs in compression pants without shorts over them.0

+1 them things either press your chest so hard the DD's become C's or they over flow making you look like you support 7 breasts!! Or they become neck warmers...0 -

LOL!! I've always had to wear two sports bras plus another top that is tighter on top just to keep myself locked down. However it does not matter these things end up choking me when I'm on the ground doing sit ups, or look like they may punch me in the face while I am doing any jumping jacks or something that requires me to jump up and down. It sucked when I was playing sports growing up.0 -

Haha! They literally feel like your being strangled though don't they! you attempted the jumping Jacks!!! They are awful for busty ladies... .... The last time I tried them It caused palpitations..and fluttering from the bounce lol ( didn't wear a sports bra..) For some reason I though a t-shirt bra may suffice as one! ... You know because it has to padding in it... How wrong lol... Then you buy the DD sports bra but it makes you feel as though one of your breasts have slid through your ribcage and strangled a lung! maybe if I doubled up on the next size up that may work?
See I Was flat as pancakes until I was 14... So I have no idea what that must feel like when your in your teens... I knew girls back then who got their mothers to wrote them notes because it caused strain on the back... I have to admit the back pain you get 0_o I still wonder why them women blow themselves up to the absolute extreme... You may have seen them on TV or the news a while back lol.0 -
Bench pressing. 'Nuff said.
I also encounter awkward issues when doing bent-over barbell rows. Which are supposed to go all the way to your chest. Buuutt.... yeahhh...
Also, since I buy the sports bras that don't mess around (cue the high-chest with the mesh stuff and really wide shoulder straps), they show through all my workout tank tops. #BigBoobProblems0 -

When youre using the leg press and you dont have pockets to put your iPod in, so you set it on your boobs like a make-shift shelf #bigboobproblems
I believe that is called a "training" bra.0 -

I used to do that too, and then I took my phone case off my phone and saw that it was still wet inside. :-(0 -

Well its a forum about the issues that one faces with having a pair of boobs, which most men do not have issues with, so in a way idk why their comments were necessary lol0 -
