    I invented this one:
    In a large Baggie:
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup water
    2 tblsp Dijon country mustard
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 tblsp tomato paste
Tsp sriracha (or more if you like it hot)
    Salt/pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 cloves finely chopped garlic
Mush everything in Baggie till well blended.
Add 10-12 chicken thighs (or other chicken parts)
and mix everything well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Plop it all in a baking pan and bake at 325' for 1 hour or until done.
This recipe is absolutely delicious if I must say so myself and everyone I've served it to loves it.
    Your welcome!

Not sure if orange marmalade counts as fruit to you, thinking you could swap it out for honey if that is the case. This is delicious.

chicken noodle soup! Boil the chicken, remove when done and add whatever veggies you like to the pot and cook while you debone the thighs. Add some noodles and, poof, awesome soup.
