After an indulgent birthday weekend, happy with only a little more than a pound gained. Hoping to work it off today with yoga! I LOVE YOGA!!

treadmill done, off to shower. than call doc and see if he can't check out my heal and maybe a cortisone shot. if i don't use a padding it hurts and than my whole foot begins to hurt. been a few weeks think it's that planter what ever.

So...I'm very frustrated! I thought I did good this week. Lots of exercise and not-to-bad eating. I really think that my "maintainence" is due to TOM. I feel bloated so I guess I shouldn't be suprised that the scale isn't down. Oh well...
Last night was great! Got in my run with Kadence AND a 2 mile walk with the hubby and Kadence and the dogs! YAY! Felt great! And did excellent eating-wise!! Hoping for another great night tonight!
Plan:
B-Multigrain cheerios, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 c. coffee, 4 tbsp. sugar-free creamer
S-Trail mix bar, banana
L-Whole wheat bread, 1 oz. cheese, turkey, and dark greens with honey mustard, baby carrots, light yogurt
S-Gala apple
D-Tilapia filet, 1 c. white rice, 1.5 c. green beans
S-Mixed canteloupe and watermelon...YUM! And maybe some strawberries!
Exercise:
Depends...suppose to rain...again! We shall see. Hopefully another run!

Had a wonderful night last night and got so much done. I was very good and stayed in under my calories, even though I wanted a late night snack of something sweet I powered through it.
We got ao much done last night dd room is completely packed up with the exception of clothes and diapers yippee!!! Plus yesterday I got everything done I wanted to, new plates on my car, title changed on my DH, change of address, change renters insurance, dog to the vet and the best thing WE GET TO CHECK IN ON FRIDAY INSTEAD OF SATURDAY !!!!!!
But today is another busy day I have to get our room done, so that way I can move on to the kitchen tomorrow and finish up the bath on Thursday.

Kristin - Hang in there, it will come off! Expecially with you getting so much outdoor excersice, it is so nice to get to go for walks and runs with the family!
Amy - So happy to see you are back, and had fun! I know you can take that weight off in a snap, plus I find it is worth it if you are truly enjoying yourself to have a gain.
Cathy - I would say not bad considering everything going on in your life right now, plus you said it has been really hot, that is probably just water. Keep up the great work, and good luck at the doctors let us know how it goes.

Well im pretty sure its all fluid... yesterday morning i was 273.... this morning 270.... and after lunch i was 269..... (drank lots of water this morning) !!!! so im pretty sure i am holding a lot of fluid from the heat ..... !!!! and not drinking enough water !
So i am confident to take it all off !!!!!!!! by next week !

I know progress shows 1 lb down but I lost 3 lbs since last week!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!0 -
yup i was right it's planter fasciitis. was given some anti-inflamatory and have to freeze a water bottle or cup and roll it on my heel twice a day, do stretches and hope it heals. wants me to wear padding/arch support in shoes. wanted me to try that dr. scholls thing in walmart. well, did and their $50. so the lady in pharmacy said i needed a pair of those rocker shoes. she loves hers. i asked if those were the sketchers ones that were $100. i can't afford them she said walmart has some for only $30. they had the dr. scholls for $30 and danskin for $25. tried both one both fit good. but, didn't have socks on. so will go back tomorrow and use socks to try on again. DH was yelling at me to just get a pair, and buy some socks there. i had called him 4 times. he was getting mad at me LOL. i get pinchy with money when it's low, and it makes him made when i really need something. we fight about bras too LOL. i can't spend over $5 for one and he wants me to buy the $15+ ones. funny how i can pinch pennies about that and we are always broke. anyway. i will get me a pain tomorrow, cause my heel didn't hurt when i wore them.
off to finish watching my soap and than do a little more cleaning.

Kel...was it you that was shredding? I was thinking of getting the 30 day shred and was curious if you think it's worth it! I probably wouldn't get to do it daily (things are so hectic with Kadence) but would hopefully be a 3-4 times a week. What are your thoughts? Tell me about it!

Cathy - Sorry to hear about your foot. I hope the shoes work. I'm curious to hear what you think. When you made the statement about your husband getting upset with you concerning bras, I automatically just assumed that he was upset you were wearing any at all

Through this challenge I have only been weighing in once a week. Haven't been religious about my calories on weekends, but trying to be reasonable (having no junk in the house helps). And surprisingly enough I have been losing 0.5 to 1 lb a week. Now usually when I get to this point, I self-sabotage and start go right back. So I'm going to keep doing what I am doing and see what happens.
I weighed in this morning and was 140.2 (0.3 from my goal this challenge and 1 lb less than last week :noway: ) But to keep consistent, I'm going to weigh in again after the gym this morning as I have been. But I'm happy with the 140.2 even now. I might actually make it this challenge. Wouldn't that be cool. Need to think of a little prize if I make it.

lula....you are doing great. i have yet to meet my goal for a challenge and it's been 2 years since the sixers started. oh, my gosh. with that time i should have been at my goal weight and maintaining. that's a bummer, so now in the next 2 years i will be maintaining.

afm....i decided i will not go on the computer until after my workout. i did 30 mins of mini trampoline and killed my heel. so won't be doing that for awhile. did burn 400. i watched a show i recorded while doing it. i am shooting for 30 mins everyday. even if it's just a slow walk on the treadmill. nothing on the books for today. or this week in fact. so off to read emails and shower and head out shoe shopping.

lula....yes i would love to not have to wear a bra, but, rashes. i don't like under wire, so hard to find a good one without and will hold me up.
DH always says practice makes perfect in the love department. so you always have to practice. now he's says with age has come mastering it. LOL.0 -

To everyone else...Good morning!
I am pretty sure TOM is here...I ate a TON of ice cream last night AND chocolate! And this morning the scale is down!?! It's crazy! And it was so stinkin' hot last night I got in ZERO exercise!!! Oh well...it's a new day...and raining....grrr! Oh well. I did play with Kadence in the little pool last night and she had a blast! Made my night!!
Plan today:
B-Multigrain cheerios, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 c. coffee, 4 tbsp. sugar-free creamer
S-Trail mix bar, banana
L-1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese, 16 reduced fat wheat thins, baby carrots, light yogurt
S-Gala apple
D-Tuscan sun-dried tomato marinaded pork chop, red potatos/corn/carrots/mushrooms
S-Mixed fruit (watermelon/canteloupe/strawberries)
Exercise:
2 mile run or video! I WILL do a video if it's raining!!!
Well...off to start some work!!

Im not going to stress over the numbers...... but im def. going to work out and work hard to not gain that much ..... !!!!!!
