My mom still does Jazzercise 3 times a week! I have been known to join her every once in a while - it's great fun! Basically all those "cardio dance" classes are ripped off of Jazzercise.

If it hasn't already been mentioned: Sweatin' to the Oldies! I also think Jane Fonda would be good.

I remember doing these in the 80's. Complete with big hair and legwarmers!!! 20 Minute Workout

(I took a break on the commercials, even though they said not to, lol)

Oh yes, 20 minute workout- hahahaha. Some of the camera angles were...interesting. Porn disguised as 80's exercise. Played at 12 or 12:30 pm in bars everywhere!

Cher did a fun 80's step video called "A New Attitude" ....(fishnets ..... doesn't everyone exercise in fishnets).

Gilad Step videos are totally 80's

Joanie Greggains had several tapes in the 80's

For the choreographically challenged look for Leslie Sansone's Miracle Mile or Deluxe Walk Aerobics-2 Mile Walk .... these are actually very simple choreography .... totally 80's (big hair and all)

I loooove that Cher video! I pulled it out and did it not too long ago. After not doing step for a long time, it was hard!
