Pancakes!

Does anyone have a good recipe for protein pancakes?

    1/2 cup eggs whites + a scoop of protein powder. Top as desired.

    I usually add a touch of cinnamon and a splash of almond milk, and top with chocolate chips or peanut butter. Mmm.

    Honestly.. just not worth it. I'd buy some protein pancake mix (Kodiak or P28), it will taste much better than pretty much any protein pancake recipe that uses protein powder. I mean, you might like them if you haven't had real pancakes for a while I guess...

    mix in a bullet or blender.
    Makes 1 serving.

    Batter is a bit thick, but pancakes are tasty. Top with fruit or syrup.

    I basically use this recipe with a whole egg instead of egg whites. You can also add 1/4 of applesauce to thin it and have fruit inside instead of on top.
