Does anyone have a good recipe for protein pancakes?

1/2 cup eggs whites + a scoop of protein powder. Top as desired.
I usually add a touch of cinnamon and a splash of almond milk, and top with chocolate chips or peanut butter. Mmm.0 -
Honestly.. just not worth it. I'd buy some protein pancake mix (Kodiak or P28), it will taste much better than pretty much any protein pancake recipe that uses protein powder. I mean, you might like them if you haven't had real pancakes for a while I guess...0

1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup oats
mix in a bullet or blender.
Makes 1 serving.
Batter is a bit thick, but pancakes are tasty. Top with fruit or syrup.

I basically use this recipe with a whole egg instead of egg whites. You can also add 1/4 of applesauce to thin it and have fruit inside instead of on top.0
