5-6 days a week.
I lift 4x/week and it takes anywhere from 45-75 minutes.
I walk, and sometimes run, 2-3 more times a week for 20-30 minutes.
I'm thinking of going back to lifting 3x/wk because I like walking/running 3x/wk but the 4x/wk lifting makes it hard to fit in the third cardio day.0 -

I try to stick with 4 times a week. The gym is just down the street so i have some issues under recovering (trouble staying out of the gym). Usualy go swimming once a week, and intervalls twise a week for some simple cardio.
Will get back to boxing twise a week when my shoulder is healed.0 -
I walk 100k steps a week so that happens all over the map, usually getting in 2-3 60+ minute walks and lots of little 30 minute bursts. I take 3 60-minute classes: Zumba, kickboxing, and TRX. I do some body weight exercises now & planning to start free weights which will happen 2x per week, probably for 30-40 minutes. It's efficient because I can use the same shoes for everything and almost any comfortable clothing will work. And, I can see my YMCA from my front porch!0
