Should I do light weight for shoulder and upper arms instead.
The weight you lift really effects strength more than anything. If you are losing weight, you are unlikely to gain muscle. So heavy lifting makes you stronger. Lifting light can give endurance.
Hasn't your wife lost any weight yet ?
Like 6-9lbs?
Seriously dude, what you doing here?
Maybe the nurse is still talking

I am sure I am missing others but I just wanted to thank you for your contribution to this post and to MFP overall. Your posts have been helping me and sure will because I have a long journey ahead.
I have lost 20 lbs in slightly more than two months eating bread and butter, white rice and pasta, ice cream and chips, wine and beer.
Arguments ad hominem are against forum guidelines so I won't say anything about OP. Enough said.
.......wow. Amazed to be included in this. Thank you @joinn68 . It is to these you have listed (as well as other veterans of MFP) that I owe anything I said here. They are the ones most deserving of your gratitude, thank you:)0 -

I'd rather eat 1500 cals of donuts any day than endure that sheet.
OOPS...exceeded your sugar macro there too...
Empirically, 115g of fiber a day is doable and possibly even health beneficial - I don't have a reference, but I recall it mentioned many traditional African diets frequently have over 100g of fiber in a day, with potential health benefits from it.
Now that potassium looks like it could be a problem though.0 -

The iron over time could be an issue too.
In for donuts and updates on little lemon! Congrats @psulemon0 -

Just popping in to add my thanks also. I've lost 50 lbs and learned a crap load of stuff from you guys and a few other long timer MFPers. Keep it up because there's just too much bro-science out there.0 -
Also, congrats to the Lemon family and the newest little lemon for having some awesome parents!0
