    Big fail day that included a bagel, a whole can of Pringles & a candy bar. Tracked it all. Not a great beginning to my long holiday weekend, but I can stop it NOW.

    I haven't exercised in a month, last night was the first night in 3 weeks I didn't have at least 2 glasses of wine, I had takeaway multiple times on the weekend, I'm bloated, greasy, salt-ridden and yuck. I've been using a hectic work schedule as an excuse, but really I've just been letting stress get the better of me and letting myself go hogwild. I need a slappin'

    This is 100% me!!!! No exercise, way too much booze and crap food. I feel disgusting.... I also need a good slapping!

    Bought a 6 pack of Krispie Kreme cream filled donuts. Ate the whole thing.

    I havent seen a dentist for a year. Truth is: my "ice feel" problems keep me away from candy.
