increasing carbs when gluten free

I'm Celiac and if corn/rice bothers you too you can do anything with gluten free oats- I make some yummy protein pancakes with Bob's Red Mill GF oatmeal in them and they're great for getting in some carbs. Also, sweet potatoes or maybe experiment with different types of GF pasta.0

I am not celiac but have sensitivity. I eat the same gf oatmeal all the time and feel fine on them. But a lot of people on here have said some can react to gf oatmeal for some reason, especially with celiac. Not sure if accurate but I guess be careful.0 -
If you can tolerate them, I'd add starchy veg to the menu: potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, green peas, etc.0
