Found this at bodybuilding.com
Lean body weight = 94.42 + 1.082 (nude weight in pounds) - 4.15 (waist girth around bellybutton in inches)
Body fat (%) = bodyweight - lean bodyweight x 100/bodyweight
Is this formula of getting body fat % correct? I just found out Im 73% fat. And yes I am fat physically. My thighs, arms, belly, back, my chest or my body is covered with fat. By the way Im 105kg and Im 18years old. I tried online calculators and Im at 32-35%. Im worried about my body now. I was 130 kg before and now Im 105kg but it feels like the amount of fat in my body stayed the same. Im currently discourage of lossing weight now because of this.

To be 73% BF at 231lb you would only have 62lb of lean body mass, which means you are like 4ft tall (or possibly shorter, I'm guessing here). 32-35% BF sounds much more reasonable.
I'm not familiar with that equation (is there a name for it, there are well known equations that have names such as the Navy/Army Body Fat estimate, the YMCA Body Fat estimate, and so forth). Either it is a bad equation or you did something wrong.0 -

ok, did a quick google and compared that equation to myself and the equation is ok, sounds like you plugged in the numbers wrong if you came up with a BF% of 73%.
As for losing BF, it takes a long time. It has taken me 23 weeks to go from ~30%BF at 220lb (5'11") to ~16%BF at 182lb. If you want to lose fat, lift weights (StrongLifts 5x5 is a great beginner program), eat your protein (0.64-0.82g/lb per day), and eat at a deficit so you lose weight.0 -
Yeah. I realize i did messed up with the equation. Wow thats a transformation i wanted xD. I just wanted to become leaner just remove fats. Btw do you eat rice or bread? Thats the things i always eat0

That's not true. People have been eating rice and bread for thousands of years. The majority of them, throughout history, didn't have weight problems. Even today, millions of people eat rice and bread without having extra weight.0 -

Unless you were starving yourself, almost all of that was fat. Like I said, it takes a long time to shed all of the fat. At 5'10" you will probably need to drop another 18kg to really look less fat, and then another 18kg on top of that to be really fit (that would take you from 231lb now, to 151lb, or to 69kg).
As for rice/bread, I eat pizza almost every day, and that has a lot of bread in it. I don't eat a ton of rice, but if I did it wouldn't make a significant difference unless I displaced my protein intake. Eat what you enjoy, just make sure you get sufficient nutrients.0 -

I don't know about cups because I measure mine in grams, but I eat 100-160 grams of rice 3-4 mornings a week for breakfast (with turkey bacon, an egg, gluten free soy sauce and green onions, 300-400 calories, depending) since May. I also eat gluten free hamburger buns 1-2 times a week with delicious home made burgers. I'm 5'10" and started in May at 211, and i'm 176 now.

Losing 55 lbs in 12 weeks (4.5/week) seems excessive and would likely result in significant muscle loss unless you are lifting a lot of heavy weights. Also what is your calorie goal, because 3 cups of rice is close to 1,000 calories? You might want to cut some carbs to make room for more protein, which if you are lifting heavy will help you maintain muscle.0 -
