What a difference exercise makes

I have been using the food diary for a week now. Lately I have been very lazy about exercise. Today I am going back to my spin class for an hour then a long walk with the dog.

When I added this to my food diary WOW. Over the next 5 weeks I could lose nearly a stone more. Also, I guess the exercise will tone me so I will look better.

WIN WIN situation.

Being on this site and using the diary has really made a difference to me. Anyone out there with advice or who also is starting out I would be glad to hear from you
