    So.....am I the only one who's worn a heart rate monitor during sex just out of curiosity to see what the burn rate actually is?

    Creative ways to burn calories? Pole-dancing. One crap load more difficult than it looks.

    Dancing, Turning up the cleaning with music (dance party cleaning I guess), walking to bus, then subway to get to work with my laptop in a backpack (well I guess this one there is no choice, LOL) and it includes 4 flights of stairs out of subway.

    When daughter was younger used to chase her around the house, use her as a weight, workout on the playground equipment, etc.

    I took my grandkids to the park today. It is amazing how much "exercise" you can get just playing on the slides, climbing the monkey bars and swinging. Swinging works your legs, stomach and arms!
    i love swinging..but have no kids, so i do get odd looks....shame, cos i can deffo feel ive worked the tummy muscles, and its sooo much fun too!!!!!:laugh: :happy: :laugh:

    My daughters 4 so I don't think breast feeding for weight loss can fly anymore lol. Actually gained weight from my depo shot booooo. No one has mentioned any extreme sports. My job requires that I throw 4 pound 10 foot nets. That's pretty good exercise standing on the bow of a moving skiff

    Really????? You wondered how long it would take someone to bring up sex, when your picture is an attempt at seduction??!! Does EVERYTHING have to always turn into something sexual? America is going to hell in a hand basket with the sick degree that pornography has taken and the depth of involvement that Americans have continued to ignore! Check out the statistics online and see how many of them eventually get into child pornography! Do you know why? Because just like drugs.....its takes more and more for people to get their so called "high". Don't the children in this country have enough to deal with since half of them have parents who are doing drugs, beating the crap out of them, and leaving them to raise themselves because they are so self absorbed? Now we have allowed sex to saturate America and led to the sexual abuse of children!!! I feel so sorry for the children of this world who have no say so and no one to take up for them! Well, I'm taking up for them now by objecting to sex being brought onto this site for weight loss!!! Maybe you should go spend 12 hours in the ER at Children's Hospital and see what's happening to children.........maybe that would give YOU something to think about besides sex!! And if you have any sense of compassion it will keep you awake at night bc its horrible!!!! I'm just sick to death of people bringing sex into EVERYTHING! Even fast food commercials!
