Help me. Nice body corset

Corsets don't permanently reshape your body. You can't override genetics, but recomping can help with body shape a bit - probably not as drastic as you are thinking and it's not a quick or easy process.0 -

This seems unrelated to corsets.
It's related to bras. I love rabbit trails, especially on a thread like this.
Jessica Rabbit now comes in a corset costume.
That's not a corset. She's just drawn that way.0 -

@brower47 , these girls are channeling an important woman's rights win in Ontario in 1996, which allows every woman in Ontario to go topless in public if she so desires.
But, consequently, once the law came into effect, less silly young girls wanted to do it, go figure! There are other things about being an Ontarian which I'd be a bit more proud of tbh.0 -

This is now a meta topic, this back and forth as we discuss if I was on topic or not, but the Jessica Rabbit bit was not.0 -

That, sir, is merely a facsimile, a very nice one, of the dress that Jessica Rabbit wore. The actual drawn dress was not a corset, merely a dress that hugged Jessica's drawn curves. There was no shaping being done as a corset is designed to do.0 -

What amused me about this was the blatant discrimination. The guy with huge moobs wasn't pixellated where the women were0 -
Staying out of the topless discussion (as a woman...umm..NO! Nothing left to the imagination, and nothing feels sexier than a nice bra, and after a certain age, do we really want the girls hanging to our belly button...in public no less?)...I've worn corsets also. Yes your body will reshape to an extent, but to do anything "permanent" almost requires you to end up with internal organ damage from pushing everything together.
The ONLY thing related to weight loss is that your stomach is squeezed so tight you can't eat as much. But that has more to do with not eating as much instead of the actual wearing of the corset.
I did find that my back felt nice and supported, but my abs were weaker. YMMV.
But yes, you may want to go to a corset shop/site and look at the different types. One with boning, for example, would be more restrictive.

a tight lacing site would have better information on corsets.
