Why is it so hard for me ?

I try to keep my breakfast and lunch in total check and get my exercise in early …so i have calories later in the day when I like to eat more and am more likely to slip up. Try eating an egg white omelet for breakfast.. a salad and grilled chicken breast for lunch..and sliced raw veggies for snacks and maybe 100 calorie yogurt during you day.. then and save all the rest of your calories for the evening so you stay on plan. Just arrange the calories for your personality.0

If you're not gaining or losing' then you're eating the right amount of food and it's not a problem!
Are you weighing and tracking your binges? If you are you might be able to discover a trend. For instance if you have four 700 calorie binges a week and you're not gaining it could just mean you actually need 2400cal to maintain.0
