Ok, that worked :-)

At the end of May 2013, I made a deal with myself. If I did everything right for THREE SOLID MONTHS and didn't lose 20 lbs, I would get the sleeve weight loss surgery. Over the last seven years I have only gained weight. Completely unable to lose and with dieting and exercising. I was beginning to think I couldn't, medically or something. But here I am almost a month in and down 8 lbs. I can do this!

Next step -- get some before photos up.

Yeah, don't think surgery until you give MFP a shot. You have to log consistently and own responsibility for your choices. We will cheer you on. Looking forward to 08/31 already!
