    every morning after I pee. The scale doesn't lie. It's my best friend in weight loss, with accountability a close second.

    Twice a week, cause I can never wait the full week. But it's too often. Daily, I'd rip my hair out if I did that

    Per my doctor's instructions to ALL his patients, I weigh daily. I've been doing this since the seminar I attended, April 2010. Between weighing daily and logging my food, those things are like the dashboard on my truck, it lets me know what's going on 'under the hood' and I can make adjustments or changes if necessary!!!

    Often multiple times a day - I find short term fluctuations due to water/food/waste weight to be really interesting for some reason?

    I take measurements - which I find more useful - about weekly.

    i try weight myself daily same time each morning to be more accurate.

    Every morning while the coffee is brewing. I weigh every morning so I can see the ups and downs of my body. If I only weighed once a week I would not be able to tell what is normal for me.
