I never said that people who eat meat do not eat veggies. And some people cannot eat potatoes. Especially those with diabetes.

LOL WUT??? T2Dm here and I enjoy potatoes. A1C has dropped from 7.3 to 5.0 while eating them.

Also, why do you, and all these "studies" assume that those who eat meat, do not eat vegetables?

I love my veggies, and my meat. I only love homemade juice once in a while with my meal or snack.

I am partial to my homemade canned tomato juice because I make it with garlic, other veggies, ground celery seed, and a bunch of Worcestershire sauce. All it needs is the vodka and a celery stick to stir it.

    Oo, sounds yummy... Recipe?? :p

Also, I'm going to eat flour and sugar tomorrow. I'll check back in if I survive. :#

No recipe. Follow directions for making and canning tomato juice from any good canning website or book (I have always used the Ball Blue Book). Throw in garlic and more veggies like celery and carrots (if you have them) while cooking the tomatoes. Process tomatoes and add any more seasonings you want while keeping juice hot on stove. Can.

Just like my salsa, every batch is different. I get a bushel of tomatoes every year and that gives me a years worth of salsa and tomato juice (aka Bloody Mary mix).
