Couldn't find this thread anywhere, so I thought I would start a new one!
Post your progress photo's here, and remember; you are your own harshest critic. Something you may see as insignificant could be a monumental inspiration to someone else. Especially those just starting out. Offer kind words to anyone who posts here, its terrifying putting yourself out there like that.
Here's mine, down 30lbs! Every day is an uphill battle with eating/stress/life in general... but I'm getting there and I'm excited to share with all of you!
My expression in my starting picture is hilarious, I was very happy to get started. :-P

Congrats to you all!
January 2015: Before ... and actually, I gained a couple kg after that photo was taken and before I started with MFP (mid-Feb).
April 2015: After losing about 10 kg ...
September 2015: Getting close to "after" ... I'm not quite at my goal yet.
I have lost about 3 kg since that last photo, for a total of 25 kg (55 lbs) so far. I'm aiming to lose about 2 kg more, and then move into maintenance.

This is my profile picture, but thought I would post it anyway. Six year progress here. 180lbs and overweight on the left (2009). 150lbs and skinnyfat in the middle (2012). 157lbs and more muscular on the right (2015).

Current progress so far. First picture is the start of working out and I was already down ~8lbs. Second set is from over the weekend. I've just began a weightlifting program so hoping to see some progress there soon.0 -

About 17 months following a bodybuilding food plan and workout plan, training 5 days a week with fasted cardio each morning ..0 -
This is after 4 weeks of training and eating better. Only lost 3.6 pounds. I don't see much difference. My best friend made this side by side for me to show there was a difference. Hopefully more progress in the next 4-8 weeks.0 -
