Most cookbooks are primarily based on cooking from whole foods, aren't they? All the ones I have are.

I second this. It's really easy to find these with a simple web search or by searching any recipe website for ingredients you feel like having, and scrolling past the recipes you deem "unclean".
For example, today I felt like having buckwheat and all I needed to do was search for "buckwheat" in a recipe bank like "http://www.foodily.com" to find today's lunch (Buckwheat Salad With Mushrooms And Parsley Oil)
My mom has also been a great source of such recipes because most traditional recipes (at least here) are based on whole foods.0
