Trying to gain 30 to 50 punds

Iam 23 I weigh 188 and am trying to get bulky I wanna weigh between 225 and 250. I'm trying to find out what kinda diet and what kind of exercise routine I need to be on. Likeif I need to focus on diff muscle groups at a time or if I need to do an intense full body work out I was thinking of doing 4 days of training with three days being upper then core then legs and the fourth day being full. Plz let me know

    Have you done any lifting before? If so, how long and what has your programming been?

    You want to gain a substantial amount of weight, so you'll likely need to do several bulk/cut cycles. Enter all your stats into mfp and set your goal to gain. That will give you a good estimate for your calorie needs of you entered everything accurately. But, it's just an estimate, so you will likely need to adjust.

    Typically you want to be in 10-14% body fat range before bulking..,

    Can you post some pics and we can try to give estimate ?
