'Grats on a job well done! You're a real inspiration! Will you be eating back all of your workout calories or a percentage?

Eat all of your cursive calories back...then record the calories burned from repeatedly lifting your fork....then eat those calories back....etc., you will stay skinny forever

Depends on how many plates you had on the pen

I paused while loading the dishwasher to do it so I'll count it as four plates.

Rest-pause unilateral sets with four plates? Very impressive! Did you do any foam rolling after?

Make sure you cool down after your writing, you don't want an injury. I hear the PT for strained finger muscles is excrusiating....Slow finger walking should be sufficient.

And if this is a new exercise take it slowly. Turf finger is a real pain and will knock you back to printing for at least a month. And then your fingers might start to lose their tone and get a little flabby, especially if you're trying to bulk them up. But I've heard that there's a new exercise to help you lose targeted fat on your fingers, called finger crunches.

Now big block lettering requires larger pens and full size markers, will this maximize gain?

Most notes take less than 6 minutes to write , on average.
