What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

3lbs (ish) till I hit the 130s
I don’t remember the last time I saw that number on the scale. Maybe high school. Idk.5 -

To wear my dark red linen dress to a friend's wedding in six weeks. It fits nicely almost everywhere, but another inch off the thighs would make it perfect!8

I made it to my first mini goal! I'm officially Obese and no longer Morbidly Obese!!!!
Next mini goal, to be closer to 200 than 300. 18 lbs til 249. I can do this!24 -

I am 1.4 lbs away from being overweight instead of obese! I never thought I would say this but I am super excited to be classified as overweight, haha

Seeing the scale number going down! Feeling less bloated everyday, fitting into my old clothes again, I can go on and on5

I am planning on surprising friends and family with as much healthy weight loss and muscle gain as I can in 5 months. I want to document this transformation in video and pictures without them ever knowing about it.
That and I want to look great, feel great, and be able to enjoy myself again. I truly despise the way I look from the weight I gained over the last four years. I’m going to plan a vacation to the Dominican Republic in the new year and try to do a kickass photo shoot down there. If the reflection of the sun on my white skin doesn’t break the camera, it should turn out pretty good.8 -
I'm close to getting into the next "decade." I hope to see it this week on the scale!8

THE DRAGONPANTS ARE NOT WINNING. I unearthed the leather jacket and saved it from the dragonpants grip. I can wear it now, though summer's starting and there's no way I'm wearing a leather jacket. I'm rocking the AWESOME, though, and will take down them dragonpants hanging in my closet.
I am within 10 pounds of dragonpants. Onward, adventurer! The Quest awaits!

To be able to confidently wear a bikini this summer. I have not worn a bathing suit in about 3yrs and it was about 10 yrs before that.3

In my mind, I need to "slay the dragon". (Big gamer here! I work for a game company so gaming is life! Also author, software engineer, imaginative imagination dweller... you name it). I lost a bunch of weight in 2012 and got down to my smallest adult size, but didn't hit goal. Due to a variety of reasons, I fluctuated and this year I promised it would be the Year of Me. So I viewed these pairs of pants -- my smallest -- as the first big dragon boss to slay, and thus they have become the dragonpants. In part, because a) I couldn't squeeze into them, and b) even if I tried, it felt like they were eating me alive with the steel jaws of toothed failure.
Thus, they became... dragonpants.
And... the dragonpants have become the mini-goal now. HOT DIGGITY, I'M BETWEEN 5-8LBS OF BEING ABLE TO SLAY THEM AND WEAR THEM AND CALL THEM MINE AGAIN. Which is wild, because when I started back in January to lose the 25ish pounds I regained, I never thought I could wear them.
When I slay them, I will need to find the next boss. The next dragon to slay. The next dragonpants, but dang skippy, that'll be in no-man's-land. A place I've never yet breached. The dark shadows of the unexplored woods. Because once I can hit them dragonpants, I will be in the unclaimed hills of weight loss I've not yet been.
Holy moly, but I'm excited!20 -
First mini goal is to just get back to walking like I was in April.6

I want to complete the Couch to 5k program. I've been walking/running regularly for a while, but never pushed myself to get as much better at it.

My mini goal is to have enjoyable love life.I feel so self conscious all the time,when I will loose another 20lbs (15lbs already lost) I’m gonna go for shopping and buy cute nighties.10

My cousin gets married on August 17th. I’d like to have lost at least a stone by then, ideally more.3

I'm going to be signing a lease on a new place later today. I just moved overseas and for the past 6 weeks have been officially homeless, staying with various friends and family. The combination of not being able to cook for myself and of being on the receiving end of a lot of generous hospitality from these friends and family, as well as others I'm now seeing again for the first time in ages, has meant it's been a challenge just to eat at maintenance (a challenge I've failed, but I haven't gained much).
The mini-goal is to, now that I'll be head of household again, get back to where I was before the move (and then I've got another 10 or so pounds after that before I'm at goal, but that's not a mini-goal).11 -
I have two weddings and my birthday coming up in the next 2 months - striving to be down 13lbs by late August.6

My mini goal is to log 50 consecutive days on MFP! I'm proud of myself for getting through PMS without sabotaging my journey... again. Currently at 37 days. Just 13 more days! The next goal will be 75 days logged.9
