To get out of the 170s. I've been in them for almost a year due to illnesses. I've gotten close, so I'm hoping with my new videos, Les Mills Combat, starting July 11, it will help me achieve my goal faster.0

Got my very first ever jumper and promised my girlfriend I would fit it by Aug 5th. She is trying to break me out of my bland fashion choices of black tights and long plain t-shirts! LOL1

1. Work out (strength dvd) 3x a week consistently
2. Lose the first 5% (about 10 lbs--down 3 already!!!)
3. Drop a dress size1 -
To be below my last fat weight and to make it to next weeks Weight Watchers meeting. To measure my liquids with a measuring cup, instead of weighing them.1

Going to Denver, CO in September. Want to lose another 15 pounds, so down a dress size and fit in airplane seat better.0

I am looking forward to losing my first stone. I've lost 11lbs so far.6

Being under 300lbs by August. Got 38 lbs to go.4

I am such a newbie so my mini goal is very mini right now......It is to log in to MFP and track everything for three whole weeks, because they say it takes 3 weeks to create a habit. I find that as soon as I stop tracking I start cheating!25

My current goal is to be a healthy BMI, which is <140 lbs. Currently I'm 146 but I've been slacking After that my goal will be to get into a size 6/7 (currently a comfortable 8/9) which is the smallest I can remember being!6

I have a few for the summer.....
1. I have just started being more active, so my small short term goal is to get 10,000 steps every day this week since I usually average less than 5,000 because I never move.
2. I weigh 214 and would like to get to Wonderland by my birthday on August 5th.
3. I've been squeezing into my size 16 jeans (not wanting to buy a new pair) so I would like those to fit comfortably, or just drop down a whole size to 148 -
I just hit my goal of going down a BMI category!
My next mini-goal is to hit the 170's. Two pounds to go!
Two pounds after that, I'll be at the halfway point from my HW to UGW.7 -

Want to get below my high school weight - I was within 2 lbs then got in my own head so now I'm 7 lbs away from it.
Get comfortably down to a size 14.
Get to Onederland by my birthday - a little over 6 months away.2 -
Entering Onederland before I go on holiday... next Tuesday!!! I'm 4 lbs away!
EDIT: also to be considered overweight according to my bmi, rather than obese, for the first time since I was 7 years old! That's in about 7lbs.10 -
II look forward to the first two digits of my weight being 16" as a short, younger, female. I'm also encouraging myself by knowing that if I lose enough weight I get to buy new clothes that actually fit me and I can look good in!
I already feel more comfident, and I expect to be in the 160's in the next week or two.5 -

Getting Below 150!4

I had said a mini goal was fitting into some size 12 zip off pants for active outdoor use. I have not worn these for about 7 years. But I love them-and had slimmed out of 2 cheaper replacement pairs. So today I wore my old pants hiking. I'm thrilled. They look ok and will still be fine with another 5 -10 lbs gone. (and I had picked up 2 more pair of these type of pants at thrift store for a time such as this)3

Very close to finally getting below 200, which for my height is almost exactly the same as getting out of obesity. Been dancing around 203-205 for a while now, looking to actually breaking the 200 barrier.7
